Instructions for Oral Regular Presentations

 

Submission Guidelines for Presentation Materials

To ensure inclusion in the conference program, the presenting author of an accepted abstract must email their presentation to the IFS Secretariat at ifs2026@upv.edu.ph by Sep 30, 2026. Please use “Oral – Regular” as the email subject and name the file using the presenter’s code provided in the Programme Guide. All submissions must be in English, formatted as a Microsoft PowerPoint file (version 2010 or newer), and include slide numbers in the lower right corner. Please note that the Secretariat cannot accept any files on the actual day of the event.

Guidelines for Oral Presentations

  1. Arrive at your designated Research Category Room at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
  2. Presentations must be conducted in English.
  3. A total of 15 minutes is allotted per speaker, consisting of a 10-minute talk followed by a 5-minute Q&A session.
  4. Session timekeepers will use notification cards to alert presenters of their remaining time.
  5. All presenters will receive Certificates of Recognition upon the conclusion of their respective sessions.
