Poster Student Competition

GUIDELINES FOR STUDENT POSTER PRESENTATION

Registration

The presenting author of the accepted abstract should register to the conference not later than 01 September 2026. The presenting author should check “Competing” during Abstract Submission.

Submission of Poster

The authors of the accepted poster abstracts are required to hang their posters at the designated numbered spaces in the poster area starting 13 October 2025 at 8:00am and remove them on 14 October 2025 at 5:00pm. The poster will be made available for viewing during the two-day duration of the conference.

Mechanics

  1. Posters for student competition are included in the Regular Poster Sessions and must follow the guidelines for the Submission of the Posters.  
  2. The presenting author should stand with their posters during the designated time for poster sessions. 
  3. A panel of judges will be designated to evaluate the poster presentations. The Best Student Poster Presenters will be declared as winners (first, second and third place). The decision of the judges is final. 
  4. The judging criteria for the poster presentation competition is as follows:

Scholarly content                                                           35%

Quality of poster appearance and presentation              35%

Overall impression and significance of research           15%

Q&A Session (Ability to answer questions)                  15%

 TOTAL   100%

  1. Certificates of Recognition will be given to all poster presenters at the end of the conference.

Announcement of Winners

 Winners will be announced during the Closing Ceremony on 14 October2026.

Prizes

The winner and two runners-up in each category will receive Cash Prizes and Certificates of Recognition.
