Guidelines for Poster Presentations
Format and Dimensions
- Posters must be in a portrait layout following standard A0 paper size (84.1 x 118.9 cm or 33.1 x 46.8 inches) dimensions.
- Figures and images should be clear, printed in 800 dpi resolution, and texts should be legible from a distance of 1.5-2 meters.
- Use sans serif fonts like Arial, Calibri, or Helvetica for readability. Recommended minimum font sizes are as follows:
- Title: 72 pt
- Headings: 48 pt
- Body text: 32 pt
Content
The poster should include the following minimum information:
- Submission ID
- Title, authors’ names and affiliations
- Background and objectives
- Methods
- Results
- Conclusions
- Use Figures instead of Tables if Possible – recommended overall figure (and table) limit is around 5-7.
- Others (e.g., Acknowledgments, Key References (preferably in QR code format to save poster space)
- Posters must deliver their message in a clear and effective manner, allowing viewers to understand the content without additional explanation.
- Keep poster text clear and concise. Use short phrases and bullet points to present information, and avoid long narrative paragraphs.
Set-up and Presentation
- Presenters will be assigned a numbered space for their poster presentation.
- All posters must be set up starting 13 October 2025 at 8:00 am, and must remain up until the end of the symposium (14 October 2025 at 5:00 pm).
